Playoffs
Semifinals, then the final and the 3rd-place match. One full set to 6 games.
How this event is played
Round robin: everyone plays everyone once — one short set to 4 games (tiebreak at 4-4, 7 points). The table goes by wins; if two pairs are level, by their match against each other, then game difference, then games won. The best four pairs then play the semifinals: 1st v 3rd and 2nd v 4th. The winners play the final, the losers play for 3rd place. Semifinals, final and 3rd-place match: one full set to 6 games (won at 6 with a 2-game lead: 6-0 to 6-4; 7-5 if it reaches 6-5; tiebreak at 6-6, 7-6). A pair that finishes below 4th is out after the round robin.
